2020 Eventim UK survey prize draw terms and conditions
1.The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered address: 1 Chamberlain Square Cs, Birmingham, B3 3AX
2. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eventim UK and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition. If you’re under 18, please ask for a parent or guardian’s permission to enter.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
4. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Enter the prize draw by completing the questions on the given survey and entering a valid personal email address.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Eventim UK shall not be responsible for entries not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues.
8. Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on 20 July 2020. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
9. Eventim UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
10. In total, seven winners will be chosen and the prizes are as follows*:
a) One £50 Eventim Gift Voucher: five winners, winning one voucher each
b) Two tickets to an event of your choice from London Eventim Apollo (post code: W6 9QH): one winner
c) Two tickets for Sister Act The Musical 2021 tour at London Eventim Apollo (post code: W6 9QH) on a date of your choice: one winner
*Please note:
i) The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner.
ii) Tickets of the chosen events are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and do not apply to tickets already booked. Accompanying paid tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together with the winner seats and will incur a service charge per ticket and a processing fee.
iii) Seats of the chosen event will be allocated by the event organiser / venue.
iiii) If the chosen event is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to allocate you alternative tickets, but this will be subject to availability.
ix) We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be chosen by Eventim UK.
12. The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the prize draw closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Eventim UK will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.
14. Eventim UK’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws, and will only be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

By entering, you agree to completely release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of any liability relating to this prize draw. You are providing your information to Eventim UK and not to any third party.
