prize draw terms and conditions
1.The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered office is at Hays Galleria, 1 Hays Lane, London, SE1 2RD.
2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eventim UK and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition. If you’re under 18, please ask for a parent or guardian’s permission to enter.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Enter the competition by completing the online entry form.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Eventim UK shall not be responsible for entries not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues.
8. Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on 23 February 2020. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
9. Eventim UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

a) The prizes are as follows: twelve (12) VIP family tickets for Disney On Ice presents Magical Ice Festival, at a venue of the winner’s choice (subject to availability). There will be twelve (12) prize draw winners, winning one (1) VIP family ticket each. Any associated arrangements and costs incurred are not included. This includes any necessary travel arrangements (including parking) and accommodation.
b) A VIP family ticket consists of four (4) tickets; maximum of 2 adult tickets, plus up to 2 child tickets that include a ride in part of the show. Children participating in the show must be aged 4-11 years old and will not be required to skate on the ice. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
c) There are 8 VIP seats allocated for the ride at each performance – 2 families of 2 adults and 2 children each. A maximum of 4 children can ride in the cart. Only 2 children from the winning family will be able to ride in the cart. They will be accompanied by 2 other children from another winning family.
d) Tickets are for the date and time shown for each venue. Winners must agree to attend the performance allocated to them in their chosen venue.
e) Please note: seats will be allocated by the event organiser / venue.
f) Tickets are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and do not apply to tickets already booked. Accompanying paid tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together with the winner seats and will incur a service charge per ticket and a processing fee.
g) If the event is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to allocate you alternative tickets, but this will be subject to availability.
h) The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner.
i) Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be chosen by Eventim UK.
12. The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the prize draw closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Eventim UK will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.
14. Eventim UK’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws, and will only be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

The age of your child / children (to determine eligibility to participate in ride during the show)

18. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By entering, you agree to completely release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of any liability relating to this prize draw. You are providing your information to Eventim UK and not to any third party.
