Elvis Costello prize draw terms and conditions
1.The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered office is at Hays Galleria, 1 Hays Lane, London, SE1 2RD.

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eventim UK and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition. If you’re under 18, please ask for a parent or guardian’s permission to enter.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Enter the competition by completing the online entry form.
6.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7.
Eventim UK shall not be responsible for entries not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues.

Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on 26 February 2020. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
9.
Eventim UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

The prizes are as follows: five (5) pairs of Eventim Box tickets for Elvis Costello at the Eventim Olympia on 28 February 2020, along with one (1) welcome drink included per ticket holder. There will be five (5) prize draw winners, winning one (1) pair of tickets each. Any associated arrangements and costs incurred are not included. This includes any necessary travel arrangements (including parking) and accommodation.
Please note: winners will be located in the Eventim Box, which may only be accessible via stairs.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen by Eventim UK.

The winner will be notified via email and / or phone within 1 day of the prize draw closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13.
Eventim UK will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.
14.
Eventim UK’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16.
The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws, and will only be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
