Centre Stage Experience – Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”) apply to the [“Centre Stage”] experience at Eventim Apollo (the “Experience”). By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Experience, the purchaser and all attendees agree to both Eventim’s General Terms and Conditions (available here (https://www.eventim.co.uk/help/terms/?affiliate=HAL#1 and these Additional Terms (together, the “Terms”).
2. Eventim Apollo’s General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with these Additional Terms. However, provisions within the Eventim Apollo’s General Terms relating specifically to publicly ticketed live performances, general admission events or other provisions not relevant to the nature of the Experience shall not apply to the Experience.
3. For the purposes of these Terms, “Purchaser” means the individual named on the payment card used for purchase of the Experience.
4. Experience Package
4.1. The Experience includes:
a) one allocated performance slot of 45 minutes duration on the Eventim Apollo stage, for up to six (6) named performers (the “Performers”);
b) one allocated slot of 10 minutes for equipment set up and soundcheck
c) one allocated slot of 5 minutes for equipment pack down and removal from the stage area.
d) access for the Performers to designated backstage areas as stipulated by the Venue, to include dressing room facilities and stage areas;
e) access for the Performers and up to thirty (30) named guests (the “Guests”) to the auditorium and designated VIP bar area. Such Guests should be provided access free of charge and no Performer or Purchaser ; and
f) use, by the Performers, of such production equipment and backline as may be provided by Venue.
4.2. The Experience in its entirety (including any performance, backstage access and bar area access) shall last for a fixed two (2) hour time period, which shall be as stipulated by the Venue team in advance. Late arrivals may lose part or all of their allocated slot and no refund or compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.
5. Performers & Guests
5.1. The names of all Performers and Guests must be provided to the Venue no later than 48 hours prior to the Experience.
5.2. ID may be requested on entry for any Performer or Guest. Entry may be refused where identification cannot be provided or where an attendee is not on the submitted attendee list provided in accordance with clause 4.1.
6. Restrictions
6.1. All tickets granted as part of the Experience:
a) are personal to the Purchaser;
b) may not be resold, transferred for value, auctioned or used for any commercial or promotional purpose, including for the avoidance of doubt by any Purchaser or Performer to its Guests; and
c) may not be offered for sale by either the Purchaser, the Performers or any Guests.
6.2. The Venue reserves the right to cancel any tickets or refuse entry where it reasonably believes the terms of clause 5.1 have been breached.
7. Instruments and Equipment
7.1. Any instruments or personal equipment brought to the Venue are brought entirely at the owner’s risk.
7.2. The Venue (including its employees or contractors) accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any instruments, equipment or personal belongings of any Purchaser, Performers or Guests.
8. Health and Safety / Conduct
8.1. All Performers and Guests must comply with:
a) any instructions issued by the Venue (including by not limited to the production team, security personnel and/or other Venue employees or contractors); and
b) all health and safety requirements applicable to backstage and stage areas.
8.2. The Venue reserves the right to remove any participant from the Experience where it reasonably considers their behaviour unsafe, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Production and Technical Matters
9.1. The Venue shall determine all operational and technical arrangements relating to the Experience, including staging, equipment setup, sound levels and access arrangements.
9.2. The organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular backstage, dressing room or VIP area and reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Experience where necessary for operational, technical or safety reasons.
10. Recording and Commercial Use
10.1. The Experience is for personal recreational use only.
10.2. Participants may not film, record, livestream, broadcast or commercially exploit the Experience for commercial purposes without the organiser’s prior written consent.
