• Ensure event information is accurate, up to date and consistent across sales channels.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts, including relevant cross-selling and upselling.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams and follow up on agreed actions.
• Build a thorough understanding of EVENTIM’s technology and operational processes so you can advise clients and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and deal sheets, including contractual information and service charges.
• Support the day-to-day administration of the Account Management team, working with the Operations Director and Senior Client Account Manager.
• Deliver initial and ongoing training for EVENTIM venues.
• Plan, manage and attend box offices at live events when required.
• Represent EVENTIM professionally at client meetings and events.
• Work towards agreed performance objectives and record client contact in line with company procedures.
• Follow company policies, including health and safety requirements.
• Take on other relevant duties within the scope of the role.

Desirable
• Experience with ticketing systems or ticketing technology.
• Experience working with music promoters, venues or other live event organisations.
• Experience in a similar client account management or client-facing role.
How you’ll work
You’ll be proactive, conscientious and detail-focused, with the judgement to work independently and the flexibility to adapt when priorities change. You’ll work collaboratively, stay composed under pressure and take responsibility for following tasks through to completion.
