By purchasing a ticket or attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.

Entry, Attendance & Security

Tickets purchased will grant the holder access to the specific date shown on the ticket.

There is no guarantee of a ticket's validity unless it has been purchased from an official ticket agent.

We reserve the right to: (i) refuse admission in any circumstances, (ii) evict any person from the site that is committing a criminal office, behaving in a disorderly or anti-social manner, or is affecting public safety, (iii) evict all members of any group that is behaving in a persistent anti-social way.

You may be body/bag searched anywhere on site at any time by security.

There will be a strict Challenge 25 policy in place for all alcohol sales at the event.

No pets are allowed at the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All tickets booked for Festival of Bounce 2024 are non-refundable.

If you have added TicketPlan refund protection to your order and need to refund, this can only be completed through TicketPlan themselves.

Festival of Bounce is an open-air event. If the festival is unable to go ahead due to weather, the event will be rescheduled to a suitable date, and all existing tickets will be valid.

We reserve the right to cancel any day or the overall event. There will be notice of the cancellation on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers.

The schedule and/or attractions may be subject to change at any time, without notice.

Any requests or claims for refunds are issued at the discretion of the festival team.

Liability

Festival of Bounce is not responsible for any children at the festival. All children must be supervised at all times.

Attendance at this event is at your own risk. Please note that the event is held on grass and may be uneven, and that certain activities at this event carry a risk of injury.

You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, actions, liability, demands or proceedings, including personal injury in relation to or in connection with your own person, behavior, or personal property.

We carry the necessary insurances against any liability for damage or loss incurred as a direct result of any facility, equipment or personnel reasonably within our control.

Photography & Videography

Photographers and videographers will be at our events taking photos and videos which will we use for promotional material and on our social media. You give your full consent to your likeness to be included in any audio or visual recordings at no fee.

Photographic equipment is permitted only for personal, non-commercial use only. The use of drones or similar equipment is not permitted without written permission.
