1.The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered office is at 1 Chamberlain Square Cs, Birmingham, B3 3AX

2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Festive Gift Fair, SEE Tickets, Eventim UK, the NEC and Festive Gift Fair exhibitors, and their immediate families. If you’re under 18, please ask for a parent or guardian’s permission to enter. To enter the festival, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. To enter the competition you must complete the competition form - including your full name and email address. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to sign up to Eventim UK's, See Tickets by Eventim UK's, and Festive Gift Fair's marketing mailing list.

6. Eventim UK shall not be responsible for entries not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues. 

7. Closing date for entry will be Monday 6 November 2026 at 11:59pm.  After this time, no further entries to the competition will be counted. 

8. Eventim UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

9. The prize(s) are as follows: Four (4) entry tickets to any one (1) day of the Festive Gift Fair 2026 and one (1) sack of prizes (containing an assortment of gifts, toys, festive food and drink and decorations from Festive Gift Fair exhibitors). There will be one (1) prize draw winner. The winner has until Monday 9 November 2026 to confirm the acceptance of the prize.

• The contents of the Santa sack are a mix of items chosen by the promoter. Specific items are not guaranteed, and the contents may differ from those shown in any images.
• The Santa sack must be collected in person from the Organisers Office at the show between 19th and 22nd November 2026. Prizes cannot be posted. Travel, parking and other costs are not included.

10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner. 

Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. The winner will be chosen at random by Eventim UK.

12. The winner will be notified via email within three (3) days of the prize draw closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. Eventim UK / See Tickets by Eventim will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.

14. Eventim UK’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

16. The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
