Terms & Conditions

Eventim are the official ticketing partner for Eventim Apollo (the “Venue”) and will issue tickets on behalf of the BBC (the “Organiser”) for this event. Tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the Organiser and the Venue (see HERE) which may be changed at their discretion. 

The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions - anyone failing to comply with these conditions may be removed from the premises and have their ticket invalidated:

1. You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the venue. Tickets for the event are issued to the lead booker via email as e-tickets. They must be printed at home or displayed on a mobile device to gain entry.

2. Readmission will not be permitted once ticketholders leave the venue.

3. The Organiser and / or the Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Venue or other person acting on behalf of the Organiser. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person at the venue, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.

4. Children 17 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Children aged 14 and under will not be permitted entry. Proof of age may be requested upon entry – accepted forms of ID include a current photo driving licence, a valid passport or a photographic identity card bearing the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.

5. The Organiser/and or the Venue reserves the right to search all persons and personal property upon entry via bag searches. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward, member of security or Venue representative.

6. Luggage, oversized bags and cushions will NOT be permitted into the venue – there will be no exception so please do not bring them with you.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. The Organiser also reserves the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification. If the event is postponed, the Organiser will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event.

8. This is a multi artist event and the names of those performing will not be announced ahead of the event. Ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.

9. Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless the event is cancelled or postponed. The Organiser and/or the Venue cannot be held liable for any tickets which are lost or stolen.

10. Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the Organiser and/or the Venue will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred in travelling to the venue. 

11. This event will be filmed for broadcast on BBC platforms. Ticketholders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, photography and / or audio recording of this event and / or any element thereof in any / all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by the Venue, the police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime. 

12. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted in the venue.

13. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation except the Organiser. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue. 

14. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission by the Organiser. 

15. Eventim Apollo is a NO SMOKING venue, anyone found to be smoking will be ejected with no re-entry. Electronic cigarettes must also not be used inside the venue.

16. Alcohol will be on sale at this show. The venue will be operating Challenge 25 at the bars so please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age – the only forms of ID acceptable will be a photo driving licence or a valid passport or a photographic identity card bearing the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.

17. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. The Organiser, Venue management and Eventim accept no responsibility for any personal property lost damaged or stolen.

18. Smoke effects, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at any time during any event at the Eventim Apollo and their use will be highlighted within the venue. WARNINGS - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.

19. Ticketholders are permitted to stand and / or dance within their seat floor-space subject to health and safety rules applying at the time, in that location. Refunds and compensation will not be offered if your view is restricted in this way or otherwise disturbed by members of the audience entering / exiting their seat.

20. If before or during the event you have a complaint in relation to the event (including without limitation in relation to your ability to view the event), please contact us or a steward promptly since complaints are very difficult to deal with after the event.

21. Please be aware for your safety and comfort the following are strictly prohibited from bringing into the Eventim Apollo and will be subject to inspection for:

• Any refreshments or refreshment containers

• Offensive weapons , drugs (including legal highs) and other controlled substances

• Anything else that interferes with the event or the enjoyment of the event by others, or compromises public safety.

• If you refuse a bag search you will not be admitted to the venue and a refund will not be provided.

22. The BBC and/or Eventim reserve the right to cancel bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

23. Tickets purchased via the Eventim website are subject to the Eventim purchasing policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of the Eventim purchasing policy and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail. The BBC is not responsible for the content of third party websites.

24. You will be subject to Eventim’s privacy policy when providing your data in order to buy tickets, available here https://www.eventim.co.uk/help/data-protection/ The BBC is not responsible for the content of third party websites. Any personal data exchanged with Eventim is held by Eventim as controller and processor.

25. Admission to this event is subject to the Organiser and the Venue operator’s terms and conditions; and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government on the date of the event which may include (i) demonstrating your COVID-19 status by proof of a double vaccination or proof of a negative lateral flow test (ii) any other entry requirements recommended or required by government. Failure to comply with such requirements may result in refusal of admission to the event and you will not be entitled to a refund. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you agree to this, in particular all safety measures to combat the spread of COVID-19.

26.  This event is being filmed as a TV Production for later broadcast and cameras will be positioned throughout the venue. This includes cameras with operators on stage capturing the performances. Ticketholders attend the event in this knowledge.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
