1.The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered office is at Hays Galleria, 1 Hays Lane, London, SE1 2RD.

This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eventim UK and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this promotion.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.

By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To refer a friend and gain entry into the voucher prize draw:

- When they’ve signed up, let us know
here so we can validate it
- Once confirmed, you’ll each be entered into our voucher prize draw automatically

Multiple referrals will be accepted. One validated referral = one entry into the Eventim voucher prize draw. Eventim UK reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear to be fraudulent in an attempt to gain more entries into the voucher prize draw.

Eventim UK shall not be responsible for referrals not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues.

Closing date for this promotion will be 12pm on 12 December 2019. Any referrals made after this time will not
qualify for an entry into the voucher prize draw.

Eventim UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
10. The prize for the voucher prize draw is as follows: One (1) £50 Eventim voucher per winner chosen, valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. Eventim vouchers are
not valid for theatre shows and attractions sold via our affiliate
TixUK.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winners will be chosen by Eventim UK.
12.
The winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the promotion closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13.
Eventim UK will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.
14.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Eventim UK collects the following personal data when you enter this promotion:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Friend’s email addresses entered into the referral form; used for referral validation purposes only.
