Congratulations, you’re officially part of THE ROSETOPIA TOUR!

 

Below is a list of detailed information you’ll need to review to make sure your VIP check-in process goes smoothly. Please arrive on time and proceed to the designated check-in area as we’ll be starting promptly based on the times referenced below.

 

Please note the following check-in procedures and program details only relate to the following VIP Ticket classifications:

 

  • The Rosetopia Package (VIP1)

  • VIP 1 CHECK-IN OPEN: 16:30 *

 

  • VIP 1 CHECK-IN CLOSE: 17:15 *

 

  • VIP 1 ARTIST M&G BEGINS: 17:30

 

  • SOUNDCHECK + Q&A BEGINS: 18:30

 

  • GENERAL PUBLIC DOORS OPEN: 19:00

 

  • VIP 1 POST SHOW SEND-OFF: Location will be confirmed during VIP Check-In

 

* If you fail to arrive by the time check-in closes it could result in total a forfeiture of all VIP-related activities. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

 

 

VIP CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

 

Below are some general guidelines which we’ve included to help you plan your evening:

 

  • Guests should first proceed to the designated VIP check-in (with event tickets in hand), which is located at the Main Entrance – Look for the VIP Queue.

 

  • Unregulated VIP queue lines will not be honored for entry or check-in. For your safety, there is no camping or queuing allowed on the venue property.

 

  • VIP credentials received at check-in MUST be present and worn to participate in the VIP activities – no exceptions.

 

 

·         During the check-in process, guests will receive additional information on early entry activities, including early merchandise shopping, collection of VIP package merchandise, and the Black Rose Fan Flag Signing.

 

  • You should already have your ticket(s) in-hand or on your mobile phone. If you do not have your ticket(s), please stop by the venue’s ticket office before VIP check-in to have them printed.

 

  • Guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the building under any circumstances – no exceptions.

 

 

  • VIP check-in will close promptly based on the times referenced above. If you fail to arrive by the time check-in closes it could result in a total forfeiture of all VIP-related activities. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

 

  • For security purposes gifts for THE ROSE will not be accepted. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

 

VIP1 MEET & GREET INFORMATION

  • The M&G will be operated one fan at a time.

 

  • A representative will use your personal mobile phone to take the video of the M&G

 

  • Professional cameras or audio/video recording devices will not be permitted under any circumstances

 

 

SOUNDCHECK + Q&A PROTOCOLS

 

  • The Rosetopia Package (VIP1) and The Euphoria Package (VIP2) ticket purchases include access to a preshow soundcheck + Q&A by THE ROSE.

·         ** PLEASE NOTE ** Guests will be instructed to sit in their actual seat for the Soundcheck + Q&A.

 

  • Please be advised that there is a strict no camera, no video, no livestream policy. Any violations of this policy may result in ejection from the facility.

 

  • Gifts for THE ROSE will not be accepted. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

 

 

VIP1 POST SHOW SEND-OFF PROTOCOLS

 

  • All Rosetopia Package (VIP1) Ticket purchases include access to a send-off event after the show.

·         After the show has finished, please remain in your seat.

 

·         All VIP1’s will be escorted to the send-off location by venue staff in groups at random. The number on your wristband does not correspond to the order you will be in for send-off.

 

·         VIP1’s are permitted take one (1) selfie with each member of The Rose, using the VIP1’s own mobile phone.

 

·         VIP1’s are permitted to have one (1) item signed (autographed) by each member of The Rose.

  • ** Important! ** If you wish to participate in the send-off event, please do not exit the venue after the show concludes.

·         You will receive your credentials that will give you access to the send-off when you check in for your preshow activities. Please do NOT remove your credential. Anyone without this credential will NOT be permitted to participate in send-off activities.

·         During the send-off, please refrain from pushing or crowding to ensure the safety of all VIP guests.

 

·         Please do not toss or throw any items towards the artist or members or their team.

 

·         Out of respect for the artist, we kindly ask that there be no direct physical contact.

 

·         Feel free to take photos and videos, however, please avoid using flash, professional cameras, and no live streaming.

 

 

 

 

 

PROPER IDENTIFICATION

 

Proper identification is ALWAYS required for check-in. Please note that all packages and package contents are non-transferable. If you purchased the tickets on behalf of a friend or family member, please provide the attendee with a photo / copy of the original purchaser’s photo ID. The following forms of identification will be accepted:

 

·         Valid Driving License

·         Valid Passport

·         Alternative Photo ID

 

 

ITEMS NOT PERMITTED IN VENUE

 

 

  • Bag Size Restriction - Please note that the Eventim Apollo does not permit bags larger than A4 into the venue. For more information, please visit the website linked above.
