The Covid-Secure notes to include during the tickets ordering process are attached and the General notes to also add on the Tickets page are:
• Tickets for a Viewing Group must be purchased together on the same order. For example if there's 5 of you then all 5 tickets will need to be ordered at the same time, on one order. We appreciate that this means working out who purchases tickets on behalf of your group but is essential, so we know the exact number of different sized groups attending. All tickets ordered for your group will have the same identity lead name (the purchaser), so on arrival if some of your group arrive at a different time we can identify the viewing area where where you're located.
• Maximum size Viewing Group is for 6 people
• Campers can only camp on their own or with other members of their Viewing Group.
• Please note you will be advised by email prior to the event, which of the 2 camp sites you will be located in, and they will both be clearly signposted on the weekend.
• All tickets are electronic to be scanned at the entrance gate and can be downloaded immediately after ordering.
